PENINSULA RESIDENCY
BUILD TIME: 3 YEARS
Engaged from the early planning stages, Argus Technologies provided full electrical and smart wiring consultation followed by complete wiring and installation. With the owners wanting a simple and easy to use system, the project included a fully managed Ubiquiti Unifi network, smart home voice control via integration with Amazon Alexa, Clipsal C-Bus Lighting control system and Control4 HDBaseT Video Matrix distributing 5 VideoSources all controlled via a single app or smart home voice control.
HOBSONS BAY RESIDENCY
BUILD TIME: 18 MONTHS
This knockdown-rebuild project was awarded to Argus Technologies through our existing relationship with Porter Davis Homes. Central to the homeowner’s brief, fully managed Ubiquiti Unifi networks, multiple UnifiWi-Fi Access Points for full home wireless connectivity and smart wired television and audio zones were installed to ensure the future study and working needs of the family were met.
BLACK ROCK RESIDENCE
BUILD TIME: 2 YEARS
With a client focus on security and remote access, Argus Technologies were engaged to provide a complete automated home solution with control from a single app. State of the art security technology including Ness M1 Security with access control systems, key-fob remote control, 5-channel analogue CCTV, Video Intercom with 3 x touchscreens paired with zoned heating & cooling, Clipsal C-Bus Lighting control systems were installed to provide seamless comfort & security throughout the home.
BERWICK RESIDENCE
BUILD TIME: 18 MONTHS
Featuring large indoor and outdoor entertaining areas, the client wished to indulge in their love of music, movies and entertaining on a grand scale. Argus Technologies provided a whole-home electrical & automated solution that included Clipsal C-Bus Lighting systems, Ness M1 Security, Savant HDBaseT Video and Audio Matrix throughout and 12-zoned heating and cooling solutions, all controlled from the client’s smartphone device.

Top of the range home theatre, zoned Sonos audio, Daikin zoned heating & cooling and Ness M1 Security system are only some of the features, all controlled from a single app.
